Palazzo Artemide, Vretreats provided an excellent stay for my business trip. The location is conveniently situated near the city center, making access to meetings and attractions effortless. The service was outstanding, with staff promptly assisting in setting up my presentation equipment. My room was the Superior Double Room, which was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable work environment. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, enhancing my productivity throughout the stay.

Parking access could be confusing for first-time visitors.

One drawback to note – the air conditioning in the room lacked independent control, which made for a chilly night without an option to adjust it. The elevator is a bit sluggish, and the second-floor carpet gave off a less-than-clean vibe despite regular maintenance, which is a bit disappointing. While the facilities are well-kept, some other spots might seem a tad dated, lacking the polish you'd expect from a higher-end experience.

The hotel’s location was unbeatable, just a stroll from the sea. Our room had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee. The staff's attentiveness made us feel special.

Unfortunately, the breakfast pricing at €25 per person was ridiculous, especially when local cafes offered great options for much less. Also, the carpet in the hallways needs an upgrade.

The hotel boasts beautiful Baroque architectural elements and cozy common areas, making it charming and inviting. Its central location in Ortigia is perfect for easy access to local attractions, which was very convenient for my mobility needs.

An elevator would greatly enhance accessibility for seniors.

Great stay in a cozy spot!

Had a nice getaway here. The location is super central, so we could easily explore the city. Our room was quite spacious, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast had some delicious options! Only issue was that the fake wood decor felt cheap for the price we paid.

Clean and comfortable rooms right next to the Duomo. Breakfast buffet lacked variety and could be improved. Valet parking made it easy to navigate the narrow streets. Overall a pleasant stay.

Gorgeous renovations gave the room a stylish ambiance, and the comfortable bed was a real highlight. The terrace offered lovely street views, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. However, the parking situation was confusing, and the enclosed balcony provided little to no view. Also, the absence of tea/coffee facilities was disappointing, as was the uncomfortable lounge area available to guests.
